Simply provide some details about your pet, upload a clear image of them and select your print size. Make sure your image is in focus, shows a good likeness of your pet, is not blurred and only shows the pet you would a pet portrait created for.

We'll begin with a pencil sketch to perfect the composition. You’ll be able to review and approve this before we move forward with the final pet portrait.

Once your pet portrait is complete, we’ll send you a digital preview. Then, we’ll print your artwork on museum-grade satin paper, trimmed to your selected size and ready for you to frame in the frame of your choice.

Ordering For More Than One Pet?
If you’d like to order pet portraits for multiple pets, simply complete the form for the first pet, add it to your basket, then repeat the process for each additional pet portrait before checking out.

Each pet portrait is individually illustrated, so you’ll need to submit a separate order for each - even if you’re choosing the same art style. This helps us make sure we have the right details and photo for every animal.

Pencil Sketch Preview
Once we’ve received your photo and order details, we’ll get started on a pencil sketch to map out your pet portrait. This will be emailed to you within 5 working days for you to review and approve the composition before we move on to creating the final artwork for your pet portrait.

Shipping Estimates
All shipping estimates start from the moment you approve your initial pet portrait sketch and include the time to illustrate your portrait, plus delivery.

• Republic Ireland - usually 1 to 2 weeks
• USA - usually 2 to 3 weeks
• Canada - usually 2 t to 3 weeks
• Australia - usually 2 to 4 weeks
• New Zealand - usually 2 t to 4 weeks

These timings are just a guide – depending on how many pet portraits we’re working on, we might be able to deliver yours a little sooner. If that’s the case, we’ll be sure to keep you updated!
